It was a charming small hotel in an exceptional area, so close to a local restaurant and all the attractions Zermatt has to offer and the railway station. We stayed in the a double room, it was unique and the bed was good.

Even though everything was wonderful, some of the staff were very inexperienced.

Very friendly hotel staff and daily contact to the owner. Always got a great advice for activities and restaurants. Located in the city centre and therefore close to restaurant and shops. I loved the design of the whole facility including the unique Spa experience (little boxes outside). We always felt comfortable at this place!
